Just about the one of the most touching celebration I’ve had the honor to photograph… Obviously it helped to lift your feet when the trolley went over the train tracks But I’m thinking the joy, affection and soulfulness of this day have a lot more to do with the elegant couple of Elizabeth and Luke, their fabulous families and friends. Also, thank you Sally, for introducing me to the bride after I photographed your daughter’s wedding almost two years ago.

This has to be one of the most personalized weddings I’ve ever seen. From the elegant bridal ornaments by the beautiful bride herself, to the dozens of impressive origami birds strung from the willow trees by the groom, to the reception center pieces from the family. The family property set a lovely location for their intimate reception for families and friends. The loving and humorous energy from this wonderful and beautiful couple of Mike and Chalida was especially touching to me. I’m glad we got the pup in the picture in the end

Yes, we’ve moved! The new home is at 874 Green Bay, Suite 360, Winnetka, IL 60093, on the corner of Green Bay and Tower road.

Grew up in this little town of Winnetka, went to New Trier, and now they are engaged… It was all the more special when Liz and Tim invited me to join them revisiting the beach and park they grew so familiar with. And, they are my next-door neighbor – what more could a wedding photographer ask for
